Blues and Twos is a Credit Union for present and retired employees and families of the Emergency Services and Councils of Lancashire and Cumbria, together with those organisations which provide support services for them.

Employees of Burnley Borough Council, close family members  and your Juniors (under 16) may join.    Members agree to save a minimum of £10 each month which forms a pool of money some of which is loaned to other members.    A portion of the interest charged on loans goes towards administration costs and the remainder is returned to the members in the form of an Annual Dividend.  All profits stay within the membership.   Last year we paid a 3.5% dividend to all members.

Your savings are 100% safe and covered by the Financial Services Compensation scheme (FSCS).

Loans range from £100 to £15,000.  There are no setup fees or early redemption penalties.

Loans Officers treat every application fairly and a decision is usually reached within 48 hrs.

You may even be eligible for a rebate on your Annual Interest repayments.

Interest rates are competitive.

Others benefits include Free Life cover, Credit Union prepaid card, Free BACS transfer to your bank and much more.
